3 East Steps   #1. Read Getting Started   #2. Choose Meta Tags   #3. Online form
It is critical for a web site to contain the right elements (to be optimized) to be listed successfully with search engines. A well designed site is the first step. There are a few things a web site owner must do for us to start the web site submission process and achieving a top 20 ranking in the major Search Engines. Aaron Group uses a knowledge base of hundreds of rules based on extensive search engine research conducted each month. Why waste weeks researching all the changes that occur with all the different search engines? Let us do the work, while you reap the rewards!

Below are the services we provide our clients to  get listed and ranked highly.

These are some of the important elements a website have to get a top 20 listing. We can manage some or all of this for you.

Site Consultation
Are you having difficulty understanding why your site isn't showing up on any of the search engines? Have our consultants advise you on how to improve your website exposure.

META Tag Creation (Step #2)
This portion of the HTML code of a web site is used by many of the top search engines in their efforts to determine relevancy listing and ranking a site. Having these tags gives greater control over what information these search engines list about a site. Success in ranking with the search engines increases with well developed META Tags. Below is a description of some tags.

1. Title
> A word count from 5 to 7 is suggested for the Title area.
> Make your title interesting and "compelling" to the reader to convince them why they should click there. Many search engines use the title tag as the title of your page in the search results that appear to the user.

2. Key Words
> It is recommended mot to use around 12 keywords for a single page. Most limit the keywords to 100 word or 750 characters. We suggest 12 or less.
> When designing pages, its important to integrate the most likely phrases people would use to find a site like yours into your page's text.

3. Description of your site
> A brief description of your website that should include your important keywords.

4. Body Text Area
>
A total word count from 364 to 650 is suggested for the page as a whole. Sometimes it may be difficult for website owners to find a place for all this text in the web page. We have many ways to do this so your site isn't cluttered with too much text. A total keyword frequency from 5 to 22 is suggested for the page as a whole, too many or not enough keywords could result in your web site not listed high.

Doorway Page Creation
Doorway pages are any pages that are optimized to rank well on a search engine. These doorway pages act as alternate entrances to your site tailored to rank well on a particular engine(s), and for particular keywords. Doorway pages are particularly useful for sites who's design does not lend itself to ranking well within search engines (sites that use frames, for example) and for sites that are having difficulty or want to ensure high ranking with a particular key word.

Site Formatting and Modifications
This service is used when a client does not have us design their web site from the beginning or  their designer is not available to update a site. We perform a two services under this category:

  • Perform text and body formatting of a web page or site to assist with high search engine ranking.
  • Insert the META Tags and Doorway Pages created for that client's site.

Steps of our services:

1. We Generate HTML pages designed to rank near the top of the search results.
2. We Analyze your existing Web pages and give advice on how to improve them.
3. We create or edit pages that need changes and upload your new and changed pages.
4. Then you or we are ready to submit your pages to the search engines. A Confirmation list of successful submissions will be emailed to you after the process is completed.
5. We do reports for your positions on each search engine for each keyword you are targeting.
6. We track the number of visitors to your site, where they came from, and what keywords they used to find you.
7. And much more!

A Longer Explanation and the steps in order. (read bold words for quick a explanation)

Follow the Step Below or skip what you don't want us to do.

1. The first step is for you to choose Target keywords you think people would type in the search engines to find the type of products or services you offer. (See the topic Choosing Keywords for more information on choosing effective keywords) After we receive your keywords we will run a Report to check how high your pages rank for each keyword you choose. By running the Report you'll have a baseline to work from while you improve your rankings. We monitor and email you your progress over time with the Reports so you know what keywords to focus on. We use a Scheduler to run the Reports regularly to monitor your current positions. Depending on the frequency that your positions changes, you may want to run a report one or more times each month. Some keyword positions can remain constant for months at a time. Others tend to change more frequently. The Reports make it easy to keep tabs on this, quickly becoming a valuable management tool.

2. After running the Reports and they are emailed to you, you'll know what keywords you need to optimize pages for so that they'll rank in the top 10 matches. We will then assist you or generate you through the key elements that make up a top ranking page such as the title tag, meta tags, choosing other keywords, and so forth. Once you understand this process, we can apply the concepts to your existing Web pages to create "search engine friendly" pages. The key to achieving top rankings is simply to give the search engine the ideal page it wants to see. It's important to note that a single page will not normally rank well for all engines and all keywords. Therefore, additional pages must be created to maximize your visibility potential on the search engines. We know what each search engines like to see and we generate a generic page with all the appropriate HTML tags, including meta tags and so forth.

3. After generating your page(s) we analyze everything and how you used your keywords on the page as well as a technical analysis of the page. We then offer specific advice for improving the design and content of the page. These changes will help it rank higher for the keyword and search engine you are targeting.

4. After optimizing your existing pages, and generating new ones as desired, you'll need to upload, or re-upload them to your Web site. We can assist you in tracking any pages that have changed since the last time you uploaded or we can upload the files to your web site for you.

5. Once uploading is completed, we submit your pages to the search engines. The search engines will not be instantly aware of changes you made to your web site. You can go to each search engine and individually submit each of your pages (this could take weeks), or we can submit your pages for you. Each engine has their own set of rules and submission limits we will try to warn you about known limits. After submitting, it will take anywhere from one to eight weeks for your submission to be integrated with their database, and for your ranking to change. The amount of time varies for each search engine. The submission report generated (we email you) after your submission will give you estimated times for each engine so you know what to expect.

6. Achieving good positions is one thing, but how many new visitors did you actually bring to your site? What keywords did they search on to actually find you? How many came from each search engine? The Traffic Analyzer technology we use will answer all these questions and many more. The Traffic Analyzer adds an invisible "traffic counting script" to each of your chosen pages to begin tracking your visitors and where they came from. Watch for keywords you're frequently found under in one engine, and optimize your pages for those same keywords for other engines. This one tip alone can significantly increase your traffic. In addition, if you achieve good positions on keywords that don't bring any traffic, then move on to other keywords and phrases that might prove to be more effective. Don't waste time on keywords for which no one will search.

More Details and why this matters to you:

We create optimized Web pages based on keywords and details you enter about your business.  This gives you a head start in heading to the top of the search list. They also act as alternate entrances to your Web site, giving potential visitors more ways to find you. Creating pages that score high against millions of other search engine pages has traditionally been both difficult and time consuming. However, Aaron Group combined with it's exclusive Expert Knowledge Base makes generating top ranking pages easy!
We supply expert, custom-tailored advice on how to optimize each of your new or existing Web pages. Page Critic knows each search engine's unique personality and how to build TOP ranking pages for each without spamming or abusing the index. The Page Critic will analyze your existing pages, or pages you've generated. It will then provide detailed statistics and specific advice on how you can optimize your page's content to rank higher on each major search engine.
We remember all the optimized Web pages you created, changed, or added in the quest for a TOP 10 position. We then upload them with our program or using your favorite program. It's a way to make sure new chart-climbing pages get uploaded to your Web site.
We will submit any pages you choose to the most important search engines. Advanced "slow submit" technology precisely emulates manual submissions. We can even follow up to verify a site was indexed by the expected date.
We check your site's positions in the major search engines.  Find out in minutes, rather than hours, how you rank on every keyword or phrase that is important to you, on all the major engines.  Nine different management reports provide more valuable information than any other product.
Our Scheduling System activates the Reporter daily, weekly, or monthly to automatically check your Web site's positions.  You'll know immediately if a site stays on TOP, falls in rank, or falls out of the index altogether.  This allows you to release a new optimized page or re-optimize an existing one before sales start dropping.   Submitting and Uploading can also be automated by the scheduler.
Traffic Analyzer tracks your  visitors and where they came from automatically without the need to download server log files or buy extra software. Traffic Analyzer answers questions like: "What keywords are people searching for to find my site?" or "Which search engines send me the most traffic?" and more! Information gathered by the Traffic Analyzer can later be used with the Page Critic to create even more focused pages.  This will help insure continued success while giving  you measurable results for tracking the amount of free advertising you generated.
